You may return an item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused, unworn, free of smells (animals, smoke, perfume etc), in it's original condition, original packaging and with all labels and tags attached (no exceptions).
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your goods by sending an email to email@example.com with details for the reason of the return, your name and order number. We will provide you with a Returns Number. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that if you have cashed in Loyalty Points or used Reward Discount Codes as part of your purchase, those cannot be refunded or re-applied to your account. Only the actual amount paid for the goods is eligible for a refund. Once the item has been received and it's condition verified your refund will be processed to the original payment method used when making the purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked service. Items received without a Returns Number cannot be accepted and will not be refunded (no exceptions).
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Sales Items (incl. Clearance, Final Sale & Discounted Items)
In the rare event that you have received faulty goods or we have made a mistake please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your goods and please take photographs of the damage or error.
We cannot accept any claims for faulty goods if they have been used, worn or in any way tampered with and we cannot accept any consequential losses relating to the purchase of these goods.
Please register the problem by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org providing your name, order number & photos together with a brief explanation of what went wrong.
You will receive a reply from us within 24 hours and if approved we will organize a replacement for you.
Please note that colors of merchandise may vary due to individual computer monitor and device settings, product photography and lighting and that some patterns may also vary. All sizes are approximate, please allow a tolerance of approx. 1.2" / 1-3 cm. None of these issues constitute a fault.
Please do not return items to the address on the package. Once a Returns Number has been issued a Returns Address will be provided to you. Please do not return items without prior approval as they will not be accepted (no exceptions)
We are unable to offer any exchanges for change of heart or incorrect sizes chosen. Please check the size guide and/or measurements provided within each listing together with the detailed product description before placing your order.
